ahhhh, camping. One of my many favorite things to do!

Here she is, in all her SMORE eatin' glory!I have been camping ever since I can remember Every Holiday weekend During the summer growing up, was spent camping at Lake Pillsbury, or along the Eel River. My Parents would only take vacations during camping season so that we could spend our time off doing what we loved.
Many of my great childhood memories involve camping, and I hope to provide the same love of camping to our children!
Steven and I have been on Some great camping trips since we have been together and there are many more planned! We are so lucky to live where we do, there are so many great places to explore right in our own back yard!
Here are some Pictures from our most recent camping adventure!
This is what camping means to p-chomp!
We made a great Breakfast Sunday morning, and then spent the rest of the day relaxing, napping, playing cards, napping, reading. No one wanted to do the dishes, so my husband decided since we were playing cards that whoever won the next hand didn't have to do the dishes.
I WON!!
but apparently doing dishes is tiring, and requires a chair!

ugh! Camping is hard
I can't believe Steven lost at cards, you must be good MOnica, because Steven is really good at cards
WE HAVE AN ONGOING GAME OF RUMMY SINCE WE STARTED CAMPING. THE SCORE IS LIKE 12500 TO 11200, STEVEN IS WINNING, BUT THE BET WAS ONLY FOR ONE HAND! AND AHHHAHAHAHAH! I WON! HE WAS SOOO MAD, HE REALLY ISNT GOOD AT LOOSING

I am not a camper by nature but I would give my pinky for a smore right now. Why is everyone posting about food?? So hungry!

I liked it more when I was younger and now I like it when there is a camper involved where I do not have to sleep in a tent..
I need a bed, and a ready flame...

so unles we count vals wedding and us all staying at the same hotel as camping, im guessing that there isnt a giant family camping trip any where in the near future right?

hummm well we should do spring lake some weekend together, there is always smores and booze at our camp, and spring lake is close enought that you can go home and shower! lol!
Sounds good to me! And that would be pretty cheap too.
BTW, we are going to the Windsor market tonight around 5. I know that Steve gets off later, and honestly I don't know how long we will last, but I wanted to let ya know in case you wanted to meet up.
bummer, i have to work till 5 and then go to kaiser for some blood work....next time for sure!
