So i just got the best call from our new land-lady! she said that if we are willing to paint the house, and clean the carpets, we can have February RENT FREE!!!! Oh yeah! oh yeah!!

pretty much solves out stressing to make sure we can come up with rent and deposit in just 2 weeks! Now we dont!

oh man, that is huge! you have no idea the stress that has been lifted!

So that being said....were having a painting party! who's in? ;p

This house is sooo perfect for us!

yah... I called Amanda , Charise, Sarah, Nate, me and Ernie and we will all be there on the first..

some will be watching babies and the others will be painting...
